1. Introduction
Hexerve Solutions India is committed to providing exceptional website development services to our clients. Our refund and cancellation policy has been designed to uphold fair practices and ensure mutual understanding.
2. Project Cancellation
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation:
- If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must notify Hexerve Solutions India in writing.
- The refundable amount will depend on the stage of the project:
- Before Project Initiation: 90% refund of the total project cost. The 10% is retained to cover administrative expenses.
- After Project Initiation but Before Completion of 50% of the Work: 50% refund of the total project cost.
- After Completion of 50% or More of the Work: No refund will be provided. The client is obligated to pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
2.2 Hexerve Solutions India-Initiated Cancellation:
- Hexerve Solutions India reserves the right to cancel a project under circumstances such as violation of terms, illegal activities, or non-payment.
- In such cases, the client will be notified, and a refund will be determined based on the work completed and the reasons for cancellation.
3. Refunds
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are applicable only if the client has adhered to the payment terms and project requirements specified at the beginning of the contract.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services:
- Consultation fees, third-party software or services, and any additional services requested by the client during the project are non-refundable.
3.3 Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Dispute Resolution
4.1 Negotiation:
- In the event of a dispute regarding the project, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation.
4.2 Arbitration:
- If negotiation fails, the matter will be referred to arbitration under Indian law, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
5. Changes to Policy
Hexerve Solutions India reserves the right to amend this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through our official communication channels.
